13.Oversee video wall and NOC infra readiness.
14.Coordinate with HR, Admin, IT and Circles.
15.Ensure seamless NOC operations continuity.
16.Drive process improvements and governance controls.
17.Support large-scale telecom rollouts and CAB forums.
18.Strengthen resiliency via planned event management.

BE (EC/CS/IT)
