    4. Manage cross-functional interactions with deptartments & OCs
    5. Identify & drive improvement through rejections / churn analysis
    6. Identify chronic people/process/partners & drive change
    7. Regularly update Knowledge Article, FAQ & process in Jio Central

  • Education Requirement

    Any Graduation

  • Experience Requirement

    1 to 3 Years

    1. Business Acumen
    2. Ownership Mindset to drive sales
    3. Result orientation - Drive outcome through stakeholders
    4. Must be able to support cross-functional teams and drive operations
