3. Hands-on OSS and performance tools experience.
4. Strong analytical and RCA capability.
5. Understanding of SON and HetNet concepts.
6. Parameter tuning and optimization skills.
7. Knowledge of Regulatory QoS KPIs.
8. Automation/scripting knowledge preferred.
9. Technical documentation capability.
10. Strong troubleshooting orientation.
