1. Create the end-to-end internet protocol connectivity (architecture,
design, engineering, and planning) for different services
2. Services would include internet protocol / multiprotocol label
switching, dynamic circuit network, security, voice over internet
protocol and other IP based services and network functions.
3. Conduct traffic analysis, autonomous system analysis, peering
analysis to develop and operationalize a plan to localize global and
Indian content of Interest in RJIL s data centers
4. Establish peering relationships with global tier-I carriers
5. Analyze peering relationships with global carriers and content
providers
6. Develop internet protocol network high level design and low level
design strategy and documents
7. Develop specific hardware requirements and strategy
8. Define requirements for request for information / request for
price/product and review responses and make recommendations
9. Monitors internet protocol network capacity usage and initiate timely
upgrade plans for connectivity, hardware, interfaces, and interconnects
10. Receive inputs on regular basis on network performance
monitoring and trend analyses, for effective capacity planning
and expansion in line with network growth trends and traffic patterns.
