8. Supervise configuration changes.

10. Ensure audit documentation readiness.
11. Manage vendor escalations effectively.
12. Maintain operational continuity.

BE (EC/CS/IT)

Minimum 12 Years - Maximum 15 Years

1. Strong knowledge of EMS platforms.
2. Experience in alarm and fault systems.
3. Understanding of telecom architecture.
4. Knowledge of patch management process.
5. Strong coordination and follow up skills.
6. Experience in ticketing and OSS tools.
7. Ability to manage operational teams.
8. Good documentation discipline.
9. Strong SLA monitoring capability.
10. Execution focused mindset.
