1. Assist in implementing and executing vigilance agenda through
intelligence & vigilance activities.
2. Protect company funds, tangible and intangible assets, resources and
property from unethical activities by internal and external parties.
3. Collect vital inputs from sources which are directly / indirectly
affecting the organisation business
4. Gathering information by overt & covert means
5. Keep a close watch on the suspects, information which is gathered
through intelligence so that planned actions are apprehended / stopped
before commission.
6. Conduct the surprise checks of offices & facilities to get relevant
inputs.
7. Collection, collation, and dissemination of the information.
8. Respond in case of emergency / incident reported by concerned team.
9. Maintain complete FRM reports & update entries from the stage of
receipt of input / complaint, till report is sent to NHQ.
10. Keep follow up by way of reminders till completion of case.
11. Keep an unobtrusive watch on the company stakeholders to observe any
suspicious movement.
12. Develop and maintenance the sources at every concerned office /
location.
13. Liaison with office staff and other stakeholders and geographical
orientation of the surrounding.
14. Liaison with Government officials / local agencies and other support
services.
15. Smooth coordination and interaction with various internal department
to upkeep contact details of employees deployed

Any Graduation

3 to 5 years

1. Verbal and written proficiency in English & Hindi language.
2. Knowledge of local language of the place of deployment will be an
added advantage.
3. Ability to liaison with the local law & order authorities.
4. Basic legal awareness of drafting FIRs.
5. Hands on experience in Microsoft Word & Excel for report writing and
documentation.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality of source / whistle blower.
