1. Handle Level 3 escalations that with non-standard solutions
2. Work with operations team to run day-to-day operations of the
servers, network, ports, firewalls, etc.
3. Manage new releases of server software, cut over, announce downtimes,
shut down some services on emergencies etc.
4. Manage platform operations and reporting working with IDC and NOC
5. Primary interface with IDC shared services team

B.E/B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/M.S./M.B.A

5 years & above

1. Relevant experience in Telecommunications/ OTT Voice
2. Prior knowledge and experience in an operations role
3. Must have experience in deploying and maintaining server hardware,
Red Hat
Linux
4. Must have a good understanding of VoIP Protocols and IP Networking
