    1. Govern PAN India ISOC service operations.
    2. Oversee OR Device and SIM service quality.
    3. Monitor HSI and VVM performance KPIs.
    4. Supervise RCA and RCF across domains.
    5. Govern ISOC tools and automation roadmap.
    6. Ensure SLA compliance across services.
    7. Coordinate with Network and Marketing teams.
    8. Oversee tools operations and system upgrades.
    9. Drive CX improvement across services.
    10. Lead cross-domain quality governance forums.

  • Education Requirement

    BE (EC/CS/IT)

  • Experience Requirement

    15 - 20 years

  • Skills & Competencies

    1. Strong multi-service telecom operations knowledge.
    2. Good understanding of HSI and VVM platforms.
    3. Experience in RCA, RCF and analytics reviews.
    4. Knowledge of SIM and device ecosystems.
    5. Exposure to ISOC tools and automation systems.
    6. Strong governance and stakeholder skills.
    7. Analytical mindset with CX orientation.
