4. Ability to manage large and specialized skilled workforces
effectively
5. Proactive issue identification and resolution within defined SLAs
6. Strong governance of inventory issuance, reconciliation, and
consumption booking
7. Effective governance of digital platforms for seamless field team
workflows
8. Strong communication skills
9. Ability to resolve vendor grievances through technical support and
timely decisions
