1. Manage all interfaces during the ISP Project Rollout and
guide/review, prepare the project execution plans in collaboration with
the PBOT Vendor Teams & as per guidelines from NHQ PMO/State CTO
2. Will also estimate ISP scope and resource requirements, review
Engineering Man-hours and entire project scope and modify/ correct/
detail out for validation by all concerned ,Publish Org.
3.Breakdown structure, RAG, Growth plan and resource deployment charts
in coordination with project team,monitor and formulate action plans for
timely resource deployment of PBOT Vendors
