1. Manage Fiber Network programs (Mobility and Fixed Line) across the
state
2. Control projects including scope, budget, cost, inventory and P and M
3. Maintain rolling 90-day plan and optimize workforce usage
4. Drive skill upgrades and adoption of digital platforms
5. Deliver priority and routine targets as per annual AOP
6. Review and track performance of each fiber team at MP level
7. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for effective issue resolution
8. Ensure continuous workfront generation at each MP level
9. Establishing cadence mechnism to ensure execution as per SOP
10. Ensuring minimum 80% target achievement against monthly, quarterly
and yearly plans
11. Identify skills gap and organize training to upgrade skills within
team

BE/B.tech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/EE/ETC

15 to 20 Years

1. Strong domian knowledge in Network arcitecture for Mobility and Fixed
line business
2. Uderstanding of RJIL execution specifications and standards
3. Expertise in contract management and administration including budget
and cost control
4. Awareness of HSE and QMS system of RJIO
