1. To monitor Jio Point service roll out in the region and publish daily
updates on progress. Take necessary support from DASS RSM to drive the
roll out as per plan
2. To analyse the Jio Point KPI & performance measurement
3. To analyse Jio Phone failure trends and Jio Point service Parameters
4. To ensure data authenticity and high reliability of any report
published
5. Responsible for publishing Jio Point key KPIs such as - TAT; Repeat
repair; Cost of Service; Spares use & recovery ratio
6. Analyse raw data and provide key data points on various Cost & Speed
KPIs for Jio Phones
7. To monitor and publish Service Performance of Jio Point , State
wise ( in the region) and ensure proper analysis and correction action
8. Assist RSM in DASS field operations related to jio centre/ Jio Point
