1.Responsible for capacity planning and solution engineering of all DHCP
platforms for infra network elements ( eNB, ODSC, ISC, Utilities, Access
control and security systems, WiFi APs, CPEs) and FTTH subscribers.
2.Develop automation for IP allocation from DHCP for all domain
platforms through ISO O2A and P2B journey and drive MACD for improvement
in productivity, efficiency and accuracy.
3.Monitor capacity utilization, prepare BoQ for procurement, augment
capacity and provide L4 support to operations.
4.Work cross functional teams, Identify improvement opportunities,
release planning guidelines and drivnvendors & ISO for improvement in
FCAPS capabilities.
5.Resource management to yield results from subordinates, identify
the training needs and arrange to provide the same.
