18. Build dashboards for cost quality and readiness metrics
19. Optimize capex through design and material reuse
20. Review projects for cost capacity and reliability
21. Ensure projects meet budget and ROI targets
22. Define quality gates from survey to commissioning
23. Develop vendor scorecards for performance tracking
24. Drive RCA for defects and quality issues
25. Ensure first time right build and compliance control
26. Lead and build multidisciplinary engineering team
27. Support circle teams with national design standards
28. Manage consultants and engineering strategy execution
29. Build knowledge base for SOP and lessons learned
30. Conduct skill gap analysis and capacity building

BE - Mechanical, Electrical/Civil/ Instrumentation

20 to 25 Years

1. Knowledge of large telecom and infra construction
2. Multidisciplinary engineering across civil and electrical
3. Ability to convert business needs into design standards
4. Strong capex control and cost optimization judgement
5. Expertise in BoQ discipline and vendor rate management
6. Familiarity with GIS and digital engineering tools
7. Knowledge of dashboards for construction governance
8. Leadership skills to manage national engineering teams
9. Ability to influence circle level project delivery
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
11. Cross functional coordination with key stakeholders
12. Decision making in complex multi stakeholder setups
13. Strong project and construction safety awareness
14. Knowledge of national and global safety standards
15. Ability to embed safety in design and engineering
16. Experience in Hazop and risk assessment processes
