1. Responsible to support PMO Lead during the Functional Project Rollout
2. Guide/review and prepare the project execution plans in collaboration
with the PBOT Vendor Teams & as per guidelines from NHQ PMO/State CTO
3. Detailing out Project WBS and align the same with project schedules.
4. Analyze multiple critical paths and recommends action plans to
monitor the critical tasks.
5. Managing cross functional interdependencies within platforms.
6. Monitoring & Ensuring compliance with Organization`s existing
processes
7. Coordination for RFE1, RFE2, Backhaul Upgrade, EDS Integration,
Service Provisioning, Customer Acceptance
8. Tracking Operation KPIs & Issues faced by functional
9. Support in Escalation management if any
