    6. Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
    7. Optimize workflows with defined measurable outputs
    8. Support SOP setup and workflow improvements
    9. Enable proactive issue detection and resolution

  • Education Requirement

    B.E / B.Tech/ M. Tech / MCA / MBA /UG/PG

  • Experience Requirement

    8 - 12 years

  • Skills & Competencies

    1. Proficient in MS Office and MS Project for reporting and tracking.
    2. Knowledge of project management certifications (PMP/Prince2
    preferred).
    3 .Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation
    skills.
    4. Analytical mindset and ability to drive data-driven decisions.
    8. Goal-oriented, self-initiator with problem-solving focus.
    9. Ability to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
    10. Time management and coordination across multi-functional teams.
    11. Risk identification and mitigation planning capabilities.
    12. Outcome-focused with attention to detail and ethical behaviour.
