  • Job Responsibilities :

    1. The Associate - Tech Ops assists in monitoring, maintaining IT
    systems and resolving incidents.
    2. Monitor and maintain the health and performance of technical systems.
    3. Help deploy, configure, and manage systems and applications.
    4. Respond to and troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause
    analysis.
    5. Collaborate with teams to ensure system reliability and availability.
    6. Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
    7. Support automation with scripts and tools to boost efficiency.
    8. Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 critical system support.

  • Education Requirement :

    B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE preferable)

  • Experience Requirement :

    0 - 3 years

  • Skills & Competencies :

    1. Understand basic IT operations.
    2. Use scripting languages like Python and Bash.
    3. Know networking protocols and technologies.
    4. Familiarize with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
    5. Apply understanding of version control systems like Git.
