1 Assess security architecture for networks, application/solutions and
telecommunication services
2 Develop security best practice for emerging communication technologies
like 5G, IoT, NFV, SDN, and technologies supporting virtualized/cloud
based infrastructure
3 Perform security testing and vulnerability analysis on network
elements and mobile network
4 Identify security issues/risks (vulnerabilities and threats) in mobile
networks and develop automated means for remediation
5 Interact with internal and external stakeholders vendor/OEM teams to
set expectations and drive security issues/initiatives
6 Implement DoT Security guideline and ensure organisation compliance
7 Ensure regular patching and hardening cycle for Telecom nodes and
ensuring all critical vulnerabilities are fixed
9 Conduct regular penetration testing exercise/red team activity and
identify security gaps and tracking it to closure
