Ensure medical clearance process is simplified and guideemployees14. Monitor and ensure guidelines for medical infrastructure empanelmentare followed15. Publish guidelines for background verification via partner agencies;16. Ensure guidelines & process for pre-boarding and onboarding areoperationalized17. Ensure designed functionality is available on the system for pre-boarding and onboarding18. Maintain and upgrade user guide, system flow and troubleshootingguidelines19. Ensure asset allocation, Email ID/ Domain ID, EC creationguidelines and SLA, workspace allocation guidelines and policy,BYOD policy;20. Operationalize guidelines & process for relocation policy;21. Ensure bank account guidelines for payroll management is22. Create training plan and operationalize delivery for recruitmentmanagers certification23. Coordinate with L&D for role based mandatory training developmentand implementation24. Coordinate with L&D for ready-for-role assessment development andimplementation
