  • Job Responsibilities :

    1. Ensure recruiters follow guidelines & processes for all areas of
    recruitment
    2. Ensure designed functionality is available on the system and propose
    changes in system for effectiveness based on feedback
    3. Maintain user guide,system flow and troubleshooting guidelines
    4. Monitor requisition relevancy in system
    5. Plan training and ensure delivery of trainings to recruiters
    6. Coordinate campus recruitment program for GET/MT/CA trainees
    7. Coordinate and operationalize employee branding initiative (job
    fairs/campus events)
    8. Monitor budget for recruitment budget and propose minimizing
    cost programs based on feedback
    9. Development of assessment areas for all interview roles
    10. Develop BI and analytics for interviewer feedback
    11. Monitor salary band, experience band and organizational matrix
    fitment and ensure guidelines are followed
    12. Publish exception approval matrix and process
    13. Ensure medical clearance process is simplified and guide
    employees
    14. Monitor and ensure guidelines for medical infrastructure empanelment
    are followed
    15. Publish guidelines for background verification via partner agencies;
    16. Ensure guidelines & process for pre-boarding and onboarding are
    operationalized
    17. Ensure designed functionality is available on the system for pre-
    boarding and onboarding
    18. Maintain and upgrade user guide, system flow and troubleshooting
    guidelines
    19. Ensure asset allocation, Email ID/ Domain ID, EC creation
    guidelines and SLA, workspace allocation guidelines and policy,
    BYOD policy;
    20. Operationalize guidelines & process for relocation policy;
    21. Ensure bank account guidelines for payroll management is
    22. Create training plan and operationalize delivery for recruitment
    managers certification
    23. Coordinate with L&D for role based mandatory training development
    and implementation
    24. Coordinate with L&D for ready-for-role assessment development and
    implementation

  • Education Requirement :

    Masters Degree / Diploma in Human Resources; Graduate in
    Science / Commerce / Arts / Engineering

  • Experience Requirement :

    Minimum 5 Years - Maximum 10 Years
