    1. Support relationship managers and service managers during calls
    2. Track open service requests for timely closure as per norms
    3. Responsible for issue resolution for complaints raised
    4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to address any specific
    issues
    5. Support timely incident resolution
    6. Drive closure of service requests as per TAT
    7. Coordinate with respective teams for ticket allocation to field
    resources in case of fiber cuts / other issues.
    8. Drive call center operations
    9. Ensure constant follow up with respective teams to close loop

    Graduation
