1. Perform data mining of patent and non-patent literature for patent
analytics and inference generation
2. Utilize AI-based IP tools effectively
3. Evaluate inventions and provide patentability opinions
4. Suggest design around strategies for non-patentable inventions
5. Analyze patents to develop technological landscape reports
6. Review patent drafts and define claim scope
7. Support in patent drafting
8. Review responses to patent examination reports and provide inputs
9. Evaluate external publications from an IP compliance perspective
10. Support claim overlap analysis and standards mapping
11. Develop content for IP awareness and support training sessions
12. Compile data required for IP audits

Bachelors degree in Engineering (ECE/CS) or Master s degree in Science
(Electronics and Communication (ECE) or Computer Science (CS)/
Information Technology)
Patent Agent/Diploma in IP/LLB (IP Hons.) will be preferred.

8 to 12 years

1. Well versed in key concepts of 6G/5G/4G telecommunication, wireless
technologies,
chipsets, TCP/IP Layers etc.
2. Knowledge of Intellectual property laws in India, the US and EPO is
preferred
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
4. Sound knowledge about MS office and advanced functions such as excel
macros and formulas
5. Experience in search tools and AI based IP tools
