  • Job Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for service delivery Jio Business Bundle customers - OTT
    services over FTTx Product
    2. Ensure enhanced success of delivery vis-a-vis cases attempted in the
    field by reduction in on-hold cases
    3. Follow up for resolution with Hold bucket owners (Planning,
    Construction, Fiber, Deployment, Operations teams)
    4. Monitor progress and delivery TAT achievement as per internal SLA
    with relevant stakeholders
    5. Identification of `root cause` and elimination of delay reasons by
    process correction and automation
    6. Conduct periodic reviews with stakeholders on `On-hold` pendency
    7. Loopback with customer in case of Jeopardy

  • Education Requirement

    Any Graduation - MBA Preferred

  • Experience Requirement

    12 - 18 years
