(1) Identifying/developing Vendors for timely procurement ofmaterial/services, involved in Techno-Commercial negotiations and RateContracts(2) Driving sourcing initiatives by achieving cost effective purchase ofproducts & services (Opex) and reduction in Landing Cost & delivery time(3) Floating RFQ to identified suppliers and conducting follow-up forthe RFQ`s compliance & price break-up.(4) Conducting both offline and online negotiations with the vendors toget most competitive price(5) Planning & recommending process Audits at vendor s end(6) Managing cost reduction initiatives(7) BPO/CAF being major spend area needs close spendmonitoring/escalations(8) Identify various Event Vendors & organise best rate contracts &performance measures(9) Focus on innovation to bring best practices for the Organisation inthis high spend area(10) Assessing performance of the vendors basis quality/ technologyimprovement rate, timely delivery, service Quality etc.(11) Ensure Invoices raised are aligned to the SLA`s duly approved bythe Stakeholders
