1. Prepare and own project and release management plans and
schedules for applications development, validation, system
integration and deployment efforts.2. Work with key business
personnel, other development, testing and deployment teams to
coordinate activities3. Ensure project tasks and change requests
are prioritized, tracked, and communicated in a consistent and
effective manner to ensure the alignment of project deliverables
with stakeholder expectations4. Monitor and track the progress
of the projects utilizing relevant metrics and report on project
status and issues in a structured way to executive team5. Track
and facilitate project issue resolution6. Serve as the primary
project team contact with user groups and management7.
Responsible for researching, evaluating, and integrating new
tools and processes into the project environment, as appropriate
to enhance productivity and collaboration8. Build, develop, and
maintain business and vendor relationships that are vital to the
success of the projects and the company

B.E/B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/M.S./M.B.A

16 years & above

1. Proven IT Product project management experience. PM
certification a plus2. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
simultaneously 3. Strong written, verbal and non-verbal
communication skills, especially conveying complex information
in an understandable manner4. Highly motivated and self-driven5.
Ability to drive agenda and results in both small and large
group settings6. Analyze and resolve complex technical and
business problems7. Work in and contribute to a positive team
environment
