  • Job Responsibilities

    1. Carry out calibration with stakeholders as per agreed process
    2. Adhere to the sampling guideline set by the organization
    3. Ensure completion of assessment target on daily, weekly and monthly
    basis
    4. Identify and escalate risks and quality issues for efficient
    resolution
    5. Conduct documentation and reporting as per timelines and defined
    formats
    6. Assess sample calls for pre-defined audit monitoring and evaluation
    criteria defined by business
    7. Ascertain the assessments are accurate and agreeable to all the
    stakeholders
    8. Create quality reports and analyze all the factors to meet the
    operations and standard reporting requirements.

  • Education Requirement

    Graduation degree in any discipline

  • Experience Requirement

    3 - 5 years
