  • Job Responsibilities :

    1. Handles on-going HR Operations Center activities for a Region.
    2. Manages all HR Functional area and technical process.
    3. Answers complex inquiries based on an expert level understanding.
    4. Resolve errors related to quieries related to employee life cycle
    5. Provide and compile data for reporting,forecasting and planning.
    6. Assist in testing system upgrades and new functionality
    7. Conducts on-going processing activities for their HR Functional area.
    8. Participates in continuous improvement of the OC
    9. Suggest methods to update, simplify,and enhance processes.
    10.Ensure high level of control environment in managing HR data.

  • Education Requirement :

    Masters Degree / Diploma in Human Resources will be preferred
    Graduate in Science / Commerce / Arts / Engineering

  • Experience Requirement :

    Minimum 2 Years - Maximum 6 Years

  • Skills & Competencies :

    1. Basic HR Knowledge
    2. Interpersonal & communication skills
    3. Sourcing skills
    4. Employee Life cycle management
    5. Follow up & Coordination skills
    6. Proficient working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
