    1. Design and implement quality assurance framework and execution
    guidelines
    2. Provide solution and support for improving current execution
    methodology
    3. Benchmark industry practices and bring in approaches to minimize TAT
    and fault rate
    4. Work with L&D and operations team to upgrade/improve the skill set of
    field manpower
    5. Implement maker checker/real time supervision framework in the field
    6. Maintain relationships with other functions for cross-functional
    synergies and improvements
    7. Adopt quick feedback retrieval method across all levels
    8. Improve customer satisfaction for all touch points at field level

  • Education Requirement :

    B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline
    (MBA preferred)

  • Experience Requirement :

    8 - 15 years
