1) Provide support in performance improvement for identified bottomquartile resources.2) Provide support in performance enhancement of middle quartileresources through coaching & mentoring.3) Identify training need, ensure training delivery and programmanagement for the field sales force on weekly basis for UJPM & HSO.4) Provide on-the-job interventions i.e Buddy rides, Audits, Coaching.5) Conduct regular cadence with the field teams.6) Ensure readiness for independent field deployment for the new joineeswithin 7 days of joining.7) Handhold HSO Trainees for the first three months and ensureproductivity as defined by business.8) Ensure On-Field Learning Interventions are conducted as per themonthly calendar.
