Network Service Delivery:1. Enterprise Service Delivery ownership and new NW Deployment (hardware and access) for delivering to the Enterprise needs2.Plan for Service delivery within SLA3.Support JC team for Service delivery , Material and resources4.Plan & Ensure all the necessary orders, teams & tools availability forInstallation and commissioning.5.Lead and document a smooth implementation, Share the progress reportto all concern stakeholders.6.I&C of the enterprise service delivery of Data / Voice links as perbusiness requirement or customer order / Solutions agreed.7.Handover to Operations post acceptance test procedure clearance withthe customer after an end to end testing ( as per ATP Document)8.Inventory Management of EDS and CPE for the Enterprise Customersorders during implementation and recording of the inventory details inthe OSS process / systems.9.Overall service delivery and deployment field activities monitoring &tracking10.Coordination with the Deployment , IP team for the successfulcompletion of the installation and commissioning of the Demarc ( L2Switch) and CPE as per need11.Daily activity monitoring and interaction with vendor partner teamsfor daily and weekly targets achievements.12. Identifying gaps against various milestones to improve efficiency ofteams13.Facilitating field teams with all the necessary process and materialsupport.14.Material Forecasting ( CPE / L2 Switch ), short shipments & relevantmitigation plan.15.Spares management at circles16.Preparation of reports for weekly reviewsNetwork Solutions and Design .17.Providing Technical and implementation solutions as per business andcustomer need..18.Basic BoQ build up ,& validation for the orders.19.Service form and network inventory correction / validation20.RFP support and final technical SOW.21. Customer based network and service solutions ( HLD , DLD and LLD)

Domain Expertise: Excellent understanding of different Telecommservices offered and its task list.5. Understanding of one or more of the following ITIL processes: Fault,Problem, Configuration, Performance, Service Management.6. Excellent Communication, presentation, analytical and organizationalskills.7. Leadership Ability to guide, motivate and coordinating for Projectclosure within defined Time.8. Stake holder management (Product Owner, Business Owner, PM, BA,Process Analyst, Solution Architect, Data Architect, InfrastructureArchitect, Application Architect, Solution Designers)9. Strong analytical skills and be capable of translating complexbusiness problems into conceptual solutions that fit the business need10. Ability to drive white board discussion
