1. Test different vendors wireless RAN products, features, solutions &
prepare reports
2. Execute radio conformance, performance, functional, IoT test cases to
identify & resolve the issues
3. Develop test plans for testing 4G & 5G RAN features / functionalities
4. Setup specific system or test bed as required to support trial and/or
investigate issues reported from the field
5. Interact with vendor team to get resolution to identified issues

B.E. (E&TC)

10 - 15 Years

1. Expertise in preparing test plans for Radio conformance & O-RAN test
cases such CU Plane, M Plane
2. Expertise in 5G SA & NSA RAN Feature/Functionalities testing
3. Expertise in analysing drive test data collected from field using
tools like TEMS, Nemo, XCAL, QXDM etc.
4. Knowledge of system logs, test tool logs and use this understanding
for debugging and identifying root causes issues
5. Knowledge of wireless test equipments such as ORAN Studio, Spectrum
Analyser, Signal Generator, PIM Tester etc.
6. Leadership skills
7. Team Management skills
