  • Job Responsibilities

    1.Single Point Of Contact and Owner of all network changes
    2.Supports Change Management process awareness and compliance
    3.Supports Change Manager for all change management activities
    4.Performs Change Administration activities# Interfaces with Field, NOC,
    Engineering, Customer Service Operation teams Team.
    5.Participate in Change Advisory Boards (CAB. meetings consisting
    representatives from all departments and partners.
    6.Main Tasks
    a.Analyse and prioritize change requests as per process guidelines
    b.Verify classification of CRs into Emergency/Normal changes# Coordinate
    impact validation activity for all configuration/network changes

  • Education Requirement

    BE (EC/CS/IT)

  • Experience Requirement

    2 - 8 Years

  • Skills & Competencies

    1. Document interactions with interfaces during change verification
    2. Communication Normal Change Schedules and Forward Change Schedules
    3. Extend support to Change Manager for delivery of change reports
    4. Ensure the Change Management process compliance towards OLA
    5. Verify that all necessary approvals are present in change requests
    6. Perform Sanity checks on CRs with respect to process guidelines
