2. Manage receiver signal level degradation liquidation and core service
affecting alarm clearance
3. Reduce interface error, optical losses, cyclic redundancy check and
wide area network link down alarm and repeat hardware faults
4. Confirm sample preventive maintenance work order audit sites with
repeated alarms
5. Monitor and publish field HOTO acceptance of IPMPLS core and IP
support element
6. Verify aggrgate1 service affecting alarm rectification for all sites
7. Confirm preventive maintenance compliance, timely annual maintenance
contract and payment of the leased media
8. Ensure transport dense wavelength division multiplexing hardware
fault rate reduction and original equipment manufacturer product issues
9. Check electronic hardware fault and time to restore deviation
reduction
10. Carry our preventive maintenance quality compliance
11. Provide resolution of permanent down facilities.
