    1. Work in rotational shifts to monitor network services.
    2. Monitor network performance and security platforms.
    3. Raise tickets with proper details for all issues.
    4. Perform basic troubleshooting and fault isolation.
    5. Escalate issues within defined SLA timelines.
    6. Prepare daily reports and shift handover notes.

  • Education Requirement

    B.E. in Civil / Mech / Elec.

  • Experience Requirement

    5-8 years

  • Skills & Competencies

    1. Knowledge of core, IP, and transmission networks.
    2. Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
    3. Familiar with MPLS and ticketing tools.
    4. Experience with NMS and EMS systems.
    5. Knowledge of incident and change processes.
    6. Experience in alarm and fault monitoring in respective domain.
    7. Analyze daily KPIs to improve performance.
    8. Good communication skills.
