1. Ensure link availability and monitor fiber high loss rectification
2. Confirm fault ticket Per thousand kilometres & mean time to restore
of Fiber link/spans within target
3. Check target for collector span high loss
4. Verify core improvement plan and core cut prevention plan
5. Plan for OPEX and CAPEX budget control and allocation
6. Handle and analyse material consumption along with work order
closure/planned event closure and handover takeover compliance
7. Ensure dark fiber availability
8. Deal with compliance for app like Patroller and Jio Fiber+
9. Prepare and publish various daily dash board/reports/MIS
10. Complete fiber test equipment`s planning, procurement and
distribution to state teams
11. Conduct improvement in lease fiber intercity performance
12. Ensure processing of leased fiber invoices and annual maintenance
contract invoices
13. Offer timely clearances to optical fiber cable, duct and joint
closure

B.E. / Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics and Communication

5 - 10 years

1. Knowledge of OFC processes
2. Knowledge of procedures for O&M and safety
3. Knowledge of fiber maintenance and testing methods
4. Stake holder management skills
5. Analytical and Problem solving skills
6. Communication skills
