  • Job Responsibilities

    1. Act as L3 expert for IP MPLS network.
    2. Perform deep routing analysis.
    3. Troubleshoot BGP and OSPF issues.
    4. Analyze packet drops and latency.
    5. Support complex outage resolution.
    6. Validate configuration changes.
    7. Assist in network upgrades and patches.
    8. Coordinate with OEM TAC teams.
    9. Perform root cause analysis.
    10. Optimize routing and traffic paths.
    11. Develop technical SOP documents.
    12. Support automation and scripting tasks
    13. Work in 24x7 shift operations environment.

  • Education Requirement

    BE (EC/CS/IT)

  • Experience Requirement

    15 - 20 years

  • Skills & Competencies

    1. Strong hands on IP MPLS expertise.
    2. Deep knowledge of routing protocols.
    3. Experience in traffic engineering.
    4. Strong packet level troubleshooting.
    5. Knowledge of MPLS and VPN services.
    6. Experience with routers and switches.
    7. Skilled in log and trace analysis.
    8. Familiar with Linux and scripting.
    9. Strong RCA documentation skills.
    10. Technical problem solving mindset.
