1. Monitor LEA liaison activity at State Head and CSM level for
compliance as per laid down matrix
2.Deal with all aspects connected with Tower / acquisition frauds
involving investigations, managing external environment and sending out
required communication
3.Maintain close coordination with InfoSec for cases of cyber security
violations including SLP follow up for the physical part ell as points
of contact in risk management
4.Ensure all SLP audits across PAN India are conducted as per the audit
guidelines issued by NHQ
5.Analyse outcome of SLP audits across the states to identify areas of
operational non-compliances and monitor closure by respective
stakeholders
6.Working knowledge of SAP systems, including the risk management
module, in order to drive customization of the SAP GRC module for RIL
Retail.
7.Shall be Capable of conducting risk analysis of assets ranging from
individual Retail outlets, to major assets such as National distribution
centers, supply chain, Corporate offices etc Shall be able to assist the
SLP operations team, as well as the business management in drawing out
risk mitigation plans, involving infrastructure, personnel, SOPs and
technical countermeasures
