1.Identify, prepare, and deliver training programs for network
employees.
2.Cover Network Functions like RAN, Converged Core, IP-MPLS, IT, Fiber,
and Microwave.
3.Develop strategies and innovative learning models to meet training
needs.
4.Identify and create learning content for different technical roles
across teams.
5.Design and develop content with inputs from functional teams
effectively.
6.Maintain documentation, records, and adherence to standard procedures.
7.Prepare eLearning course materials and implement them across RJIL.
8.Keep updated with technology trends and latest field configurations.
9.Deliver trainings on vendor technologies in collaboration with
Reliance Jio.
10.Collect feedback from trainees and domain heads to improve training
effectiveness.
11.Maintain ongoing training records and update them as per
requirements.
12.Ensure smooth delivery and timely reporting of all training programs.

MBA or equivalent

Minimum 10 Years - Maximum 15 Years

1.Strong multi-domain knowledge of telecom technologies and training
delivery.
2.Excellent team player, mentor, and motivator with strong interpersonal
skills.
3.Skilled in public speaking and online/offline training delivery
including OJT.
4.Knowledge-sharing skills to foster a continuous learning culture.
5.Experience with LMS, eLearning technologies, and modern training
methods.
6.Proficient in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
7.Strong analytical skills for incident and problem management in
training programs.
8.Ability to manage multiple programs and meet deadlines consistently.
9.Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
10.Track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback metrics
regularly.
