MBA or equivalent
Minimum 10 Years - Maximum 15 Years
1.Strong multi-domain knowledge of telecom technologies and trainingdelivery.2.Excellent team player, mentor, and motivator with strong interpersonalskills.3.Skilled in public speaking and online/offline training deliveryincluding OJT.4.Knowledge-sharing skills to foster a continuous learning culture.5.Experience with LMS, eLearning technologies, and modern trainingmethods.6.Proficient in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.7.Strong analytical skills for incident and problem management intraining programs.8.Ability to manage multiple programs and meet deadlines consistently.9.Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.10.Track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback metricsregularly.
