    1. Handling technical queries & supporting technical team.
    2. Theoretical & Practical understanding of the LTE / Wi-Fi
    technology, Heterogeneous Network, Offload Scenario with
    expertise in Optimizations.
    3. LTE / Wi-Fi initial tuning / Pre & Post Launch Optimization not
    limited to Single site verifications and cluster optimization.
    4. Providing resolution to bad LTE / Wi-Fi KPIs, Worst cell offender
    analysis.
    5. KPI Analysis (Network Entry, Radio Access Success rate, Service flow,
    Packet error rate, Throughput etc.

  • Education Requirement

    BE (EC/CS/IT)

  • Experience Requirement

    5 - 8 years

  • Skills & Competencies

    1. Knowledge of technical support activities.
    2. To delegate the tasks efficiently within the team so as to meet SLAs
    well within the time limits.
    3. Participation in internal technical discussions in view to improve
    overall performance.
