  • Job Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for supporting the training design & development process
    in the academies
    2. Defining instructional design standards and development
    framework
    3. Support academies in learning needs analysis
    4. Evaluate learning needs analysis results and determine instructional
    strategy
    5. Define training development standards, guidelines and templates
    6. Create training development process for each training modality
    7. Review and provide inputs on high-level training design documents
    created by academies
    8. Review training across academies for consistency, quality and
    redundancy reduction
    9. Maintain consolidated learning curriculum across academies
    10. Program manage all learning and development programs for on time
    effective delivery
    11. Identify, select and customize the appropriate delivery channels to
    effectively transfer skills to targeted audience
    12. Mobilize faculty to deliver training from empanelled faculty list
    for various programs

  • Education Requirement

    Masters Degree in Human Resources
    Graduate in Science / Commerce / Arts / Engineerings

  • Experience Requirement

    Minimum 8 years - Maximum 12 years
