    11. Enable system and log based resolution.
    12. Provide management decision support.

    BE / Diploma

  • Experience Requirement

    Minimum 6 Years - Maximum 10 Years

  • Skills & Competencies

    1. Strong program and project management skills.
    2. Good understanding of process automation.
    3. Data driven mindset with strong analysis.
    4. Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
    5. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
    6. Quick decision maker and problem solver.
    7. High integrity and ethical standards.
    8. PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
