1. Responsible for achieving business outcomes/solve business problems
related to direct to customer business through right product, experience
and capabilities. Must be able to align product initiatives to end
business goals.
2. Direct to customer is important platform for Jio business and this
role will shape platform strategy and product roadmap for multiple lines
of businesses.
3. Define and own new capability development as per immediate, roadmap
and backlog end to end.
4. Conceptualize new platform capabilities, end to end experience flow,
user scenarios, write product requirements and define backlog items
(epic/features/user stories) and follow agile product management
approach.
5. Work with Jio UX Design team to create user interfaces and journey
experiences. Use qualitative methods to capture feedback and improve.
6. Collaborate with IT/technology teams, Customer Experience, Delivery
team, Quality Assurance and Platform Operations to drive decision making
and take new capability to market fast.
7. Act as an ambassador for the product & experience
internally/externally, manage cross functional stakeholders and act as
the primary contact for queries related to the product.
8. Identify risks and opportunities for each capability or new
initiative and develop effective risk mitigation plan with corrective
actions
9. Own launch of new capabilities, initial handholding of stakeholders
and bug fixation for platform stabilization.
10. Analyse product usage/user interaction data points to make product
improvement decisions and adjustments.
