1.Manage and lead a team of Training Managers and Coordinators
effectively.
2.Develop and implement training plans aligned with the function
strategy.
3.Establish and execute a comprehensive learning plan for the unit.
4.Build and maintain strategic partnerships for long-term success.
5.Ensure knowledge management and contribute to practice asset building.
6.Analyze training data including feedback and complaints regularly.
7.Coordinate training programs with internal and external trainers.
8.Manage vendor trainers for multi-domain programs across all regions.
9.Monitor training delivery and ensure adherence to process standards.
10.Allocate resources including training facilities and logistics
properly.
11.Prepare and deploy eLearning materials across RJIL effectively.
12Develop training curriculum based on employee needs and feedback.
13.Design content with inputs from functional teams and trainers.
14.Maintain documentation and records following all standard procedures.

MBA or Equivalent

Minimum 2 Years - Maximum 8 Years

1.Strong multi-domain knowledge in Optical, Data Transmission, and IP
networks.
2.Expertise across 2G/3G/4G/5G telecom network technologies.
3.Excellent team player, mentor, and motivator with interpersonal
skills.
4.Strong oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
5.Proficient in knowledge sharing to foster a learning culture.
6.Experienced with LMS, eLearning technology, and modern training
methods.
7.Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
8.Strong analytical skills for incident and problem management in
training.
