requirements well in advance; anticipates key risks and takes
steps to manage them. 3.People Management : Fosters team sprit.
Effectively manages team and ensures team members perform up-to
expectations. Resolves conflicts. 4.Communication : Effective
Written & Verbal communication required for completion of task
and presentation of same 5.Commercial Acumen : Budgeting Costing
Quantity Estimations and Certification Quality Safety & RJIL
