1. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure for optimal performance and
availability.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with IT infrastructure
components.
3. Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers
and networks.
4. Monitor performance and address connectivity issues in
infrastructure.
5. Support implementation of infrastructure upgrades and patches.
6. Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure IT systems` stability.
7. Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes.
8. Provide technical support to end-users for infrastructure issues.

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE preferable)

3 - 8 years

1. Networking Protocols: Knowledge of networking protocols and
technologies, such as TCP or IP, DNS, and DHCP.
2. Virtualization Technologies: Basic understanding of virtualization
technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.
3. Monitoring and Management: Familiarity with monitoring and management
tools for IT infrastructure.
4. Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software
issues effectively.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
6. Communication and Collaboration: Good communication skills and the
ability to collaborate effectively with others.
7. Experience with IT Tools: Experience with various IT tools and
software.
8. Independent and Team Work: Ability to work independently and as part
of a team.
