1. Responsible for estimation of materials required for construction
2. Initiate various training programs as per intimation received
3. Evaluate the vendors technically and certify them before onboarding
4. Conduct periodic review on utilization of RJIL construction equipment
5. Provide technical support to ROW teams for obtaining ROW permissions
6. Implement periodic safety and quality audits
7. Administer contracts, monthly bills of vendors and contract closures
8. Implement various automation platforms introduced from time to time
9. Ensure As Build drawing is prepared and posted on GIS/NE platform
10. Conduct productivity analysis of deployed resources
11. Organize weekly structured review meeting with vendors and other
departments
12. Review and monitor field progress as per defined project schedule
and take corrective actions after shortfall analysis
13. Ensure awareness and implementation of quality, health, safety,
environment and fire policies
14. Coordinate with maintenance point teams and vendors to ensure
requisite resource availability at job sites

BE in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical
