  • Job Responsibilities :

    1.The role is responsible for resolving Channel Partner  Q/ R/ C`s on
    Dealer- Partner Helpdesk CRM L3 , L4 Level by ensuring closure through
    Escalation Matrix & SLA`s across Functions & Hierarchy.
    2.The role is responsible to execute the acquisition strategy and
    ensuring the right
    programs are running at the ground level.
    3.Role also involves resolving of BOC Escalations through Jio Central
    Portal and to  monitor quality of Case Closures , re-routing of In-
    Correct Tickets , Close Looping & Feedback with Sales Channel and
    publishing MIS & Dashboards for the
    stakeholders.

  • Education Requirement :

    Graduation, MBA preferred

  • Experience Requirement :

    8 - 13 years
