  • Job Responsibilities :

    1. Partner with the HR & business operations team to identify key people
    metrics, reporting and advanced analytics need
    2. Partner with HR IT to build the required system functionality to
    collect, analyze and present data
    3. Design, develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports
    4. Evaluate effectiveness of all HR function
    5. Develop predictive models for attrition, high performance, and people
    recruitment demand
    6. Identify statistical analysis techniques required to deliver insights
    7. Run reports based off of scheduled frequency
    8. Manage the creation and deployment of ad-hoc reporting requests from
    HR and business leadership
    9. Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations
    on periodic basis
    10. Monitor processes to identify trends or areas of improvement
    11. Support the policies, audit and governance lead in the HR audit
    process
    12. Identify new opportunities for data analytics

  • Education Requirement :

    MBA in business, Information Systems, human resources, or equivalent
    field,

  • Experience Requirement :

    2 - 5 years
