1. Monitor business processes and practices to ensure that
organization is operating as per defined policies and guidelines under
the Indian Legal system, and various statutory and regulatory guidelines
2. Support various teams with deal negotiations, contracting, rights
management, etc. and related risk management
3. Support Corporate Affairs to work with government on regulations &
legislations
4. Lead and provide direction to a team of internal and external lawyers
and legal consultants
5. Provide support to the Litigation in respect to filings and
representation on cases
6. Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training and
disseminate appropriate legal requirements
7. Provide guidance to business departments with regards to Statutory/
Regulatory compliances
8. MIS Reporting and consolidation of reports
