  • Job Responsibilities

    1. Ownership of JCA performance in the state
    2. Owning the entire lifecycle process as relevant in the state, which
    includes:
    a. Time based onboarding of JCAs at JC, JP level
    b. Timely training and enabling of new JCAs
    c. Ensure JC, JP ownership of direct ownership of JCAs in daily
    operations
    d. Engagement event at state level for training, Rewards and
    Recognition, Program cascade
    e. Performance management of program level to increase participation,
    productivity
    f. Launch new programs efficiently in state to achieve the stated
    objectives

  • Education Requirement

    MBA or equivalent (B.E. in any discipline preferred)

  • Experience Requirement

    8 to 14 Years
