  • Job Responsibilities

    1. Create, manage and analyze the data related to training activities
    2. Perform end-to-end MIS activities for training function.
    3. Publish informative dashboards and trackers for management reviews.
    4. Upload and update the training content on LMS on timely basis while
    undertaking LMS Management
    5. Inter-department and cross-functional collaboration with the
    stakeholders and the team for training activities.
    6. Support Training Manager with communications, follow-ups, and
    coordination efforts for training responsibilities
    7. Perform various operational, and / or administrative support tasks as
    assigned

  • Education Requirement

    Any Graduation -
    MBA Preferred

  • Experience Requirement

    5-10 Years
